The Pulley Belt Guide Lip must not be greater than 3/4", see picture.
The Pulley Holder Fits Big Twin & Twin Cam. Does not fit Sportster or M-8.
For M-8 search in Ebay for "PH-SP1"
Do Not rely on your brake and belt to hold the pulley:
The belt & brake allow movement which reduces the amount of "impact" sent to the nut to break loose the factory red Locktite!
Do Not send shock waves into your transmission caused by the impact wrench:
The transmission absorbs much of the "impact" needed to loosen that %#%* Nut, making it more difficult to remove!
